Grant Reporting
As a condition of all grants awarded by the Foundation we require a report to be submitted along with a web summary and where applicable a financial report. This page contains links to the reporting procedures and reporting forms. If you have any questions regarding which form to use, please check your awards confirmation email or contact NEW GRANTS MANAGER.
Please note reports must be submitted by the deadline given in your award confirmation, failure to do so will mean no further funding applications can be considered.

We recommend that the text for your reports be copied into a Word file as a back up and to aid in any editing required after submission.
Please note when uploading files size and naming restrictions apply. Please do not use special characters, punctuation besides underscores, or space in file names. An example of a good file name is projectname_yourname_finances.xsl
