MAGS 2025 Host Application Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting MAGS 2025. Please complete this application form by January 15th, 2024.

HFF encourages applications to host MAGS 2025. Priority will be given to applications from universities/research groups within the HFF region AND/OR applications from universities/research groups with HFF funded scholars. 

Many questions you have will be answered by reading the MAGS Organising Handbook, which is available by contracting Dani Newman.  Please read this to ensure you are most up to date on any changes in the MAGS format. If you have any other questions, please contact Dani.

MAGS 2025 Host Application Form

  • Please list the individuals in your planning committee and their current programme of study or employment.
  • Please provide a brief overview of how you will organise MAGS. How many days will it run? What workshops would you like to offer? Do you have any ideas for round tables or special sessions? Who would you like to invite as keynote speaker?
  • Please tell us what will make your MAGS unique? How will this help your research group? How will having MAGS in your institute help early career researchers?
  • Please detail where you will host MAGS and the facilities you will be using.
  • Please detail any experience members of your committee have in organizing a conference/symposium, using WordPress, or using social media to promote a project.
  • Any other additional supporting documents.
