Mohamed Salama – Training Bursary – International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing
Mohamed Salama was awarded a Training Bursary to present his work to the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote sensing ISPRS Congress, in Nice, June 2022.
“My contribution was accepted and I was able to present and publish in ISPRS proceedings about Digital documentation practices and techniques that have been applied in our underwater archaeological research project under the title ” INTEGRATING GIS AND PHOTOGRAMMETRIC RECORDING FOR EXTENDED SEABED ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH, MARSA BAGOUSH, EGYPT”, this paper is considered to be the first publication of the HFF-funded “Marsa Bagoush Underwater Project” which discusses the digital documentation process, showing the results of utilizing underwater photogrammetry and GIS, from 2015 till now. In addition to presenting and publishing in such a high-ranked Journal, Q1 JCR is one of the most important organizations that promote international cooperation between worldwide researchers and experts with interests in the photogrammetry, remote sensing and spatial information sciences that helped in obtaining MA Degree against this publication according to Alexandria University regulations.
