ISBSA Presenter Bursary

This bursary is intended for researchers from Egypt, Lebanon, Cyprus, or Syria to attend the ISBSA 2024 conference. To qualify, you must be presenting either a paper or poster at the event.

HFF will be awarding a maximum of 4 bursaries. Each bursary will be in the region of £1000, with amounts over that considered with proper justification. Please be mindful that HFF will be comparing accommodation across applications, and you should consider budget options in the first instance.

Please include the following in your budget:

Accommodation (please note if this includes breakfast)
Travel (airfare & costs to and from airports)
Visa costs
Subsistance (HFF will provide 25 Euro per day for food and drinks)
Conference costs (please note that HFF will not cover the cost of attending the conference gala)

If your application is successful we ask that you abide by the following terms and conditions, please tick these to confirm you understand and accept
- To submit a full detailed report within two weeks of conference (we will provide a link to the reporting form)
- To share knowledge you have learnt with fellow students where appropriate
- To recoup as many costs as possible should the event be cancelled or travel restricted
- To acknowledge HFF support in any social media posts relating to the course or any dissemination activities
