Applying for a Small Grant Award
We require all applications for a Small Grant Award to be submitted using our online Application Form. The application deadline in any one year is 1st April and 1st October. All applications must be supported by two referees in order to be considered. Your referees need to complete our online Referees Form and we need to receive the Referees Form by the 15 April (for the April Grant round) or 15 October (for the October Grant round).
Institution overheads and administration charges will not be funded as part of a Small Grant Award.
Please Note: If you are a student, one of your referees can be your supervisor. For all other applications, referees should not be at the same institution.

Reporting on your project supported by a Small Grant Award
As a condition for receiving a Small Grant Award we request you complete our Final Report Form on the outcomes of the project as soon as possible after the funded project. The deadline for submitting the Final Report is two years from the date of grant application (either in April or October). In addition to the Final Report we require you to complete our Final Report – Financial Summary. Both forms need to be submitted prior to any further grant application being considered.
